Job Requirements
- Valid EMT, Paramedic, or LVN licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer and technology skills including familiarity with EMR
- Ability to lift 50-pound emergency response bag
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Passion for giving the best possible care
- Availability to work PRN (as-needed) shifts
- Ability to have fun while working
Job Qualifications
- Current EMT, Paramedic, or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure
- Experience in emergency medical services, nursing, or related healthcare field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer and EMR software
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic
- Provide superior customer service to Medcor's client and employees
- Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence Based Medicine protocols
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
- Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings
- Document care using electronic medical record systems
- Perform Physical Assessment Testing
- Manage workers' compensation cases
- Maintain OSHA record-keeping
- Perform medical charting
