Job Requirements

  • Oregon drivers license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Approval through agency-specific DHS background check
  • Commitment to working in diverse environments
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, barista, bartending, networking, or coaching is highly translatable
  • College degree in a related field preferred but not required with alternate experience
  • Ability to build relationships and advocate effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work independently and manage flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Assist job seekers in identifying employment goals and developing job skills
  • Network and build relationships with employer partners
  • Advocate for job seekers and help overcome barriers to employment
  • Facilitate communication and resolve miscommunications between job seekers and employers
  • Provide hands-on support in diverse work environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks
  • Celebrate and support job seeker independence and success
