Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • one or more years of relevant job coaching or training experience
  • 18 years or older
  • valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • pass pre-employment drug screening
  • pass agency-specific DHS background check

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, counseling, human services, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • one or more years of experience in job coaching, training, or disability services
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle flexible work hours
  • valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • passion for helping others achieve employment goals

Job Duties

  • Coach job seekers on employment readiness and workplace skills
  • build and maintain relationships with local employers
  • develop and implement personalized employment plans
  • provide ongoing support and mentorship to individuals
  • track client progress and document outcomes
  • identify and address employment barriers
  • collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
