Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- one or more years of relevant job coaching or training experience
- 18 years or older
- valid driver's license with safe driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- pass pre-employment drug screening
- pass agency-specific DHS background check
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, counseling, human services, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- one or more years of experience in job coaching, training, or disability services
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle flexible work hours
- valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- passion for helping others achieve employment goals
Job Duties
- Coach job seekers on employment readiness and workplace skills
- build and maintain relationships with local employers
- develop and implement personalized employment plans
- provide ongoing support and mentorship to individuals
- track client progress and document outcomes
- identify and address employment barriers
- collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
