Job Description

The Employer Relations Manager (ERM) is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities and designing employer engagement strategies to enhance the organization's regional presence. The ERM manages relationships with targeted employers, communicates consistently to identify needs, and promote healthcare services. They use objective data to guide efforts and support organizational strategic initiatives, overseeing the Employer Outreach service by developing and maintaining partnerships within the service region and acting as a liaison between employers and the Company. The ERM assesses employers' needs, collaborates with leaders to meet those needs, and expands employer outreach services to help employers promote a healthy workforce, lower absenteeism, reduce injuries, lower long-term risk, and decrease employee health costs.
