Job Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Associate Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
  • One year of acute care experience, preferably in occupational health or employee health
  • Ability to manage employee health compliance functions including physicals, screenings, and fit testing
  • Strong communication skills for education and collaboration
  • Competence in case management and data reporting for work-related injuries

Job Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse (RN) credential
  • Associate Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
  • One year of acute care experience, preferred occupational health or prior employee health experience

Job Duties

  • Proactively work toward and achieve goals set in the previous evaluation period
  • Conduct all post-offer assessments for staff, contractors, and volunteers including on-site drug testing
  • Create and update employee health policies as appropriate
  • Conduct education during orientation and throughout the year on wellness, work safety, and other vital topics
  • Monthly tracking of TB and respiratory fit testing compliance
  • Collaborate with employees, physicians, and third-party agents on work-related injuries ensuring appropriate data tracking, reporting, and billing
  • Complete other duties as assigned
