All City Pet Care Emergency Veterinary Hospital is a newly remodeled general practice and 24/7 emergency and critical care hospital located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of employment
  • Preferably one plus years of relevant veterinary experience
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 emergency hospital setting

Job Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in the applicable state
  • Preferably has one or more years of clinical veterinary experience
  • Strong clinical skills in general and emergency veterinary practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment

Job Duties

  • Provide general veterinary care and emergency medical treatment to animal patients
  • Conduct examinations, diagnostics, and surgeries using advanced equipment and facilities
  • Utilize in-house laboratory services for timely diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Manage and monitor patients in the ICU and specialized care areas
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and medical progress
  • Maintain detailed medical records using the Avimark veterinary management system
