Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fine dining experience required
- Knowledge of alcohol service and laws is required
- Experience working with touch screen, Point of Sale systems
- At least 18 years of age in compliance with state liquor laws
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform table set up, replenish and clean up before, during and/or after the guest's meal and replenish snacks, and stock bar as necessary
- Answer menu questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage service
- Ability to act as bartender and mix ingredients to prepare beverages to guest satisfaction
- Serve and is familiar with a variety of wines, beers and cocktails
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of guest(s) diet restrictions and food allergies
- Maintain accurate communication with kitchen staff regarding orders, times, guest needs, etc. in order to provide efficient service
- Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
