- Banquet server or buffet and bartending experience preferred
- TABC certified required
- Food handler's certification required

Job Duties
- Set up banquet room as instructed by Banquet Captain to include linen, service ware and glassware, and set up back of the house supplies for banquet event
- Attend pre-shift meetings to learn function particulars, for example: knowing the event menu, guests that we are servicing and hotel expectations
- Greet and introduce yourself to guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Serve food and/or beverage in the order sequence and to the expectation of the banquet Captain to ensure consistency throughout the banquet
- Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal and at the end of the meal/function
- Buffet and bartending set up and service may be required as well
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
- Once banquet is complete, clean up and/or reset banquet room according to Banquet Captain's specifications, endure the readiness of the room for the following function
