Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
  • Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
  • Provide training and support to staff fostering a positive work environment
  • Handle lost and found items with care and integrity
  • Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
  • Assume responsibilities of Housekeeping Manager when required
