Job Duties

Clean dishes, scrub pots, sweep floors, and take out the trash to maintain a spotless kitchen
replace clean china, glass, and silverware in proper storage locations carefully
collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams with a positive, flexible attitude
maintain high sanitation standards including food storage and rotation
demonstrate reliability through responsible decision-making and trustworthiness
assist with organizing utensils and kitchen equipment
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
