The Cook will play a critical role in preparing and supervising food items across various hotel outlets including the restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquet facilities. Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Food Handlers Certification required
- Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
