Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean guest room and bathroom including bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using proper procedures and chemicals
- Change linen and make beds according to hotel procedures
- Dust all guest room surfaces including furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves
- Vacuum guest room carpets as per hotel standards
- Remove trash and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms
- Clean all windows inside and out
- Greet guests immediately with friendly, sincere acknowledgement
- Report all maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors via work orders and telephone emergencies to maintenance department
- Sign for room keys, retrieve cart, push to assigned rooms, and restock heavy cart
- Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion
- Clean balconies if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
