Job Requirements
- Able to stand 100 percent of shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Exposure to cleaning solutions
- Frequent exposure to water
- Occasional exposure to heat and cold
- Able to work a part-time flexible schedule
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred

- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Able to operate dish machine to company and manufacturer specifications
- Manual dexterity to quickly load and unload items
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean and professional appearance
- Able to work flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- Know the weekly work schedule and arrive on time
- Communicate with Executive Chef or Sous Chef regarding specials and events
- Set up and maintain work station according to standards
- Scrap, sort, and load dishes for washing
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, utensils, pots, and pans using dish machine and by hand
- Place clean items in designated storage areas
- Clean and sanitize dish machine and dish room
- Keep storage and work areas clean and organized
- Sort and remove trash and clean trash cans
- Clean dumpster and refuse areas
- Power wash floor mats and assist with floor cleaning
- Spot clean furniture, floors, carpets, walls, countertops, and other surfaces
- Assist with storing food, equipment, and supplies
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas
- Demonstrate teamwork and communicate with managers
- Follow company policies and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
