Job Description
Collaborate with the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director to improve the quality of trauma care across all hospital disciplines in Miami. Assist in trauma performance improvement program, data collection, analysis, and benchmarking. Maintain compliance with American College of Surgeons (ACS) standards.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
- BSN required
- Master's degree preferred. Registered Nurse license issued by the State of New Hampshire
- ACLS/BLS required
- TNCC or ATCN certification, PALS, and TCAR required within 2 years of hire. Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN), Critical Care Nursing (CCRN), and/or Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN) preferred. Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience in trauma critical care unit or trauma emergency department required. Knowledge of all phases of trauma care essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, effective time management, and organizational skills.
