No prior barista experience is necessary to join the Philz family. What truly matters is your passion for people, eagerness to learn, and dedication to delivering outstanding service with kindness and enthusiasm. At Philz, comprehensive training will equip you with all the skills you need to succeed and grow in your role. We recognize and reward hard work, with a competitive starting hourly wage estimated between $20.50 and $21.50, plus participation in our tip pool, where team members can earn an additional average of $7.00 per hour.
