Job Requirements
- Ability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment
- Visual acuity to ensure safety and accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 3 hours
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and lift 3 pounds to shoulder height repetitively
- Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
- Ability to express or exchange information verbally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Job Duties
- Make coffee and other drinks to Philz standards
- Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the cash register and manage transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Stock supplies and equipment as needed
- Work closely with team members to create a supportive environment
- Embody Philz core values in every customer and team interaction
