Job Description

Penske Logistics is a global leader in transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions that empower businesses with superior supply chain services. Operating in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske Logistics focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs for some of the world’s leading market organizations. The company is widely known for its commitment to safety, state-of-the-art equipment, and an extensive network that supports consistent, reliable service. As a division of Penske, a respected name in the logistics industry, Penske Logistics LLC offers stable career opportunities with nationwide reach and professional growth potential.

This full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver position at Penske Logistics is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking to advance their careers with a reputable and well-established company. The role offers a competitive weekly earning potential of $2550, which includes a $350 per diem allowance. This position requires a Hazmat endorsement with experience, and a Doubles endorsement is preferred, deeming this role suitable for seasoned truck drivers. Drivers can expect to be away from home for up to three weeks per assignment and will have one week of home time each month, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule despite the extensive travel.

Penske Logistics provides its drivers with late-model, Penske-maintained trucks featuring premium comfort and safety specifications. These vehicles are equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to enhance driver safety and security. Drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries regionally, traveling to and working from various assigned locations as required by their routes. Duties include unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, as well as scanning products for efficient delivery management.

Penske places paramount importance on safety, professionalism, and operational excellence, ensuring every driver is well-supported through comprehensive benefits, continuous training opportunities, and clear communication. New hires will join a team of dedicated professionals who represent both Penske and its valued clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms. This role is regulated by the Department of Transportation and requires strong adherence to safety regulations and alertness.

The comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation and holidays starting day one, retirement benefits, health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans, short and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, an employee discount program, a driver referral bonus program up to $5000 per referral, a safety incentive program, and the Premier Driver Recognition Program. Penske also ensures stability with consistent weekly paychecks every Friday and offers expansive geographic opportunities, making it easier for drivers to relocate or grow within the company.

In summary, driving for Penske Logistics means being a part of a stable, nationwide company known for excellent equipment, great management, and a reputation for safety and reliability. This position provides a rewarding career with strong earning capabilities and a rich suite of benefits that supports the driver’s well-being and professional development. If you are a motivated, safety-conscious Class A CDL driver with the required endorsements and experience, this is the perfect opportunity to join a team that values its employees and offers a clear path for career advancement.
