ADM's mission is to unlock the power of nature to improve the quality of life globally, offering a comprehensive portfolio of ingredients and solutions designed to address nutritional challenges across various industries including food, beverage, health, and wellness. Founded with a dedication to agribusiness advancement and sustainability, ADM operates with a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to build an equitable workplace that reflects the diverse communities it serves.
The company is currently seeking an Elevator Worker in Evansville, Indiana. This full-time, hourly role is integral to the company’s manufacturing and production operations. This position requires accountability, including prompt attendance and adherence to safety standards. The Elevator Worker must demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment as needed.
This role demands physical stamina as it involves standing or sitting for extended periods, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and handling various environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and dust. Additionally, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted is required. The candidate should be flexible in terms of work schedule, including availability for overtime, weekends, and night shifts. ADM values a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and respectfulness in its workforce.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.00, and benefits are robust, reflecting ADM’s commitment to employee wellness and growth. The company offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, access to on-site wellness centers or gym reimbursements, financial wellness programs including 401(k) with matching contributions, employee stock purchase options, life insurance, disability coverage, and legal assistance. Mental health support is provided through an Employee Assistance Program, alongside inclusion in resource groups and community giving programs. Additional benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, adoption assistance, parental leave, tuition assistance, and various training and development resources designed to support career advancement.
Working at ADM means joining a company invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion, committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees regardless of race, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.
