The Electrode Mixing Technician role at Saft is a critical position that ensures the effective and safe operation of mixing equipment used in the production of high power cells and batteries. Candidates for this role will be engaged in a challenging and dynamic work environment that requires adherence to strict safety protocols and precision in handling complex machinery. The role demands a keen attention to detail and a strong ability to follow process specifications carefully, including control of machine speed, temperature, vacuum levels, and mixing ratios. Working conditions include standing for most of the day in a specialized dry room environment featuring controlled low humidity and cooled air. The technician will be required to use protective personal equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gowns, and a portable air breathing device to ensure safety around strong magnets and chemical presence.

This position operates on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (2 days, 3 days, 2 days), providing candidates with a consistent work-life balance within a structured environment. The salary range for this position is competitive, between $22 and $25 per hour, aligning with current market standards.
