Electrical Assembler I - 2nd shift

This role is based onsite at the 1100 W Hibiscus Blvd facility in Melbourne, Florida. It is categorized as an onsite position, specifically on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with initial training on the 1st shift. The position requires U.S. person eligibility due to export authorization needs and does not require any security clearance. The core responsibility involves performing specialized tasks such as soldering, hardware installation, and post-coating on avionics components once the candidate has been trained and certified. Adherence to high standards of workmanship, engineering requirements, and safety regulations is essential to ensure product quality meets the company and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting their own work under supervision to maintain quality standards while working in alignment with productivity goals to meet customer deadlines.
