The position involves performing specific technical tasks such as soldering, hardware installation, and post-coating after appropriate training and certification. The successful candidate will work under close supervision initially, inspecting their own work to produce a quality product. Maintaining productivity to meet customer deadlines is essential. The role requires compliance with all company policies including environmental health and safety, ethics, quality standards, and attendance. Additionally, employees will participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and must maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Communication with leads and supervisors regarding work progress is expected to ensure alignment with department goals. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or technical education in related field
  • U.S. person status required
  • Ability to pass soldering assessment
  • Eligible for 1st shift training
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
  • Physical capability to stand for extended hours
  • Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. or vocational/technical education in related discipline
  • Must be a U.S. person or eligible for necessary export authorizations
  • Career Readiness Certification (CRC) preferred
  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
  • Capability to complete training modules with job grade
  • Ability to follow assembly instructions
  • Capable of working in repetitive task environments
  • Proficient reading safety rules and procedure manuals

Job Duties

  • Perform soldering, hardware installation, post coating once trained or certified
  • Inspect own work to ensure quality and conformity to standards

  • Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
