Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous cash handling experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food handling safety
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Certification in TABC and Food Handler
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in food, beverage, and/or retail environment
- Previous coffee house and/or hotel experience preferred
- Previous cash handling and face-to-face customer service experience required
- Ability to accurately input information into MICROS system
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers across departments
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on guest requests in a fast-paced environment
- Must be TABC certified
- Must be Food Handler certified
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with guests and associates
- Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Maintain professionalism in all situations

- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Ensure lobby public areas are maintained and cleaned in cooperation with housekeeping
- Assist with monthly inventory

- Verify guest room numbers for room charges
- Interact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures
