Einstein Bros Bagels - Baker - 4043

Einstein Bros. Bagels is currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Bakers to join their team. Bakers will work in a fun and friendly environment with opportunities for growth. Shifts are available in 6-8 hour increments, starting as early as 3/4am and ending around 10/11am. The primary responsibility of the Baker is to provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests. The position offers a starting pay of $15.00/hour with additional $1-$5 per hour from the tip pool and a complimentary meal each shift. Supervisory responsibilities include working independently to start the store's day, being punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, reliable, and honest, holding keyholder duties, maintaining a clean appearance and safe working conditions, following food safety protocols, and fostering a team-oriented environment. The Baker will report directly to the General Manager, promoting a culture of positivity, quality food, and superior service.
