Working within the food operations area, the Food Service Crew Member is responsible for greeting guests warmly and ensuring their experiences are pleasant and memorable. They take charge of preparing menu items following exact recipes and preparation guidelines while ensuring proper food labeling and wrapping. The position demands adherence to organizational policies concerning sanitation, food safety, and equipment upkeep to maintain a spotless and safe working environment.
