Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, attractions or entertainment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Must be able to operate radios and manage props responsibly
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both internally with the team and externally with guests
- Solutions-based with strong problem-solving skills
- Experienced in working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions
- Ability to commit to flexible scheduling
Job Duties
- Ensure that the Madame Tussauds brand is maintained throughout your performances
- Explore and develop new ideas, themes, and characters within your performances while maintaining the Madame Tussauds brand
- Use radios in an appropriate manner as stipulated in your training
- Ensure all props are used correctly and treated with respect while keeping performance areas clean and tidy
- Report any prop issues directly to the Guest Experience Supervisor on Duty
- Treat all wax figures with respect and encourage guests to do the same
- Network and communicate clearly with members of leadership and acting team
- Be guest focused at all times, interacting with guests sympathetically
- Be aware of guest health and safety at all times
- React to any flow or batching issues in the attraction promptly without breaking the magic
