Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required
- previous high volume restaurant service experience required
- obtain and keep current OLCC and Food Handlers card
- bartending experience preferred
- excellent working knowledge of all the jobs supervised
- working knowledge of all company property policy and procedure
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, special events and holiday availability required
- ability to remain calm and efficient in a sometimes stressful, deadline-oriented and multi-tasking environment
- commitment to providing exemplary customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
- high volume restaurant service experience
- knowledge of bartending preferred
- excellent working knowledge of all jobs supervised

- ensuring cleanliness
- ensuring food and drinks are served quickly and efficiently
- handling customer complaints
- attending department head meetings
- effectively managing labor and departmental costs
- conducting regular staff meetings
- managing employee files
- performing general filing and administrative duties
- enforcing company policy
- maintaining quality and attractive presentation of food and beverage product
- supporting Power Station pub operations during off-season
- communicating event information to staff, customers, and departments
- training employees on customer service
- promoting a safe work environment
- performing duties of servers, bussers, hosts, bartenders as needed
