This role is for a Food and Beverage Server at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver. The position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering impeccable guest service within a luxury hospitality setting. The server will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences by providing detailed and enticing descriptions of menu items, including information on taste, origins, and preparation methods. This role involves clear and courteous communication of guest orders to kitchen and service teams and requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Candidates should be adept at working within a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, demonstrating flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
The position offers an hourly wage of $16.27, plus tips, and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, holiday and vacation pay, and participation in a 401k company matching program. - Describing the selection of menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions
- Providing each item’s taste, origin, and preparation methods
- Maintain food and menu knowledge for items offered in the lounge
- Communicate guest orders including special needs or requests to the respective people
- Assist the restaurant service team in providing excellent guest service
- Demonstrate good communication skills in direct guest contact
- Work flexible schedule including morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
