Job Requirements

  • Education and experience in hospitality management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in luxury hotel or restaurant setting
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations and Four Seasons standards
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • US work authorization
  • ability to use food and beverage computer systems

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality management degree or similar years of experience
  • manager with 3-5 years of previous restaurant leadership experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting
  • working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, public relations, merchandising, and accounting
  • ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems
  • reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the setup and detailed service execution of the restaurant and bar experience
  • select, train, evaluate, lead by example, motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all employees in EDGE restaurant to ensure cultural and core standards are met
  • plan daily activities and outlet operations
  • maintain visibility in the operation to provide recognition and promote good public relations
  • handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, residents and local patrons
  • maintain relationships with regular guests and residents and cultivate new patron relationships
  • act as Food and Beverage division lead during the absence of the Director of Food and Beverage
  • work closely with fellow Department Heads to ensure ongoing success of all Food and Beverage areas of the Hotel
