The position available is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of EDGE Restaurant & Bar. This role is pivotal in guiding the team by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching employees to meet established service and cultural standards. The successful candidate will be highly visible on the floor to actively manage the team, provide recognition where due, promote positive public relations, and expertly handle any complaints, special requests, or concerns from guests. Additionally, the role requires maintaining rigorous quality control over all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, alongside providing expert knowledge of wine and spirits. Financial discipline is equally critical, as the manager will control labor and operating expenses through efficient scheduling, budgeting, sound purchasing decisions, inventory oversight, and cash management.

Job Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
- One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications
