Job Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
- One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and coaching skills

- Knowledge of wine and spirits
- Experience with budgeting and inventory management
Job Duties
- Overseeing EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
- Selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching employees
- Ensuring established cultural and core standards are met
- Being visible in the operation
- Providing recognition
- Promoting positive public relations
- Handling complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests
- Describing and ensuring quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Providing expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- Controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
