As a part of Delaware North, employees become members of a global legacy — a family-owned company with more than 100 years of history and a commitment to excellence in hospitality. The company values its people and endeavors to provide growth opportunities that foster success and career development. Operating in diverse settings such as sports arenas, casinos, national parks, and hotels, Delaware North facilitates an environment where team members can feel proud about their workplace and passionate about the experiences they help deliver.
The position offered is a part-time E-commerce Supervisor role based at Little Caesars Arena. As an E-commerce Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the retail team's fulfillment process, which encompasses everything from order pulling to handling returns and exchanges efficiently. The role also involves supervising and training retail staff to maintain high retail standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for communication with customers, the supervisor is expected to provide timely, solution-focused responses to inquiries and maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all customer interactions. Collaboration with the fulfillment team is essential to proactively address and resolve order issues, manage order edits, and update requests to optimize the guest experience.
Alongside supporting daily operational activities, the E-commerce Supervisor aids the Ecommerce Manager in content production and marketing campaigns, including product launches and site monitoring for new product opportunities, particularly during peak campaign periods. This leadership position requires a blend of customer service excellence, operational expertise, and hands-on supervisory skills. The role demands an individual who can maintain detailed data entry and performance reporting to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce processes.
The position offers competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour and provides a comprehensive benefits package geared towards the personal and professional well-being of team members. Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, as well as eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance. Additional perks such as a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation, paid holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement emphasize the company's commitment to supporting its workforce. The shift details include various days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and event work, requiring flexibility and dedication. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and want to be part of the excitement surrounding game days, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to and grow with Delaware North at Little Caesars Arena.
