We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant for the ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Frisco location. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The Room Attendant will adhere to brand standards, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Honesty and integrity in all duties performed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms according to brand standards
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures
  • Replace linens and replenish guest supplies
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to special requests or needs
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies strictly
