- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- check guests in and out efficiently
- manage and update reservations using hotel management software
- address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- maintain accurate financial transactions and billing records
- collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
