Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • check guests in and out efficiently
  • manage and update reservations using hotel management software
  • address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
  • provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • maintain accurate financial transactions and billing records
  • collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
