Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Minimum of one year previous office experience
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to adjust to new work structures and processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
  • Must be resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
  • Willingness to provide coverage at other locations and on Saturday shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Minimum of one year previous office experience
  • Experience with early childhood education preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/FERPA and related laws
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to welfare of children and families
  • Ability to seek personal and professional growth and skill development

Job Duties

  • Greets all visitors, team members and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answers phones, answers questions and or routes to appropriate team members
  • Accurately take messages and pass them on to applicable staff in a timely manner
  • Files materials in agency data management system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collects daily sign in sheets for office (client and staff sign-in sheets) and provides to supervisor
  • Check visitors in and out when needed
  • Types correspondence or other reports from written drafts in an accurate and professional manner
  • Performs data entry as needed
  • Cooperate in any investigation related to personnel, licensing, accreditation, or other circumstances as directed
  • Attends all agency and departmental meetings and training courses as required
  • Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management, including but not limited to providing coverage at other locations, as needed and or being mandated to stay over in the event of call offs
