Currently, Eastmont has an exciting full-time opportunity available for a Housekeeper. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that are essential to the quality of life at the community. The position starts at an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, with the potential for adjustment based on experience. The Housekeeper plays an integral role in ensuring that residents’ accommodations and shared spaces are kept in impeccable condition. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting with laundry services occasionally, and maintaining housekeeping carts and closets in an organized and well-stocked state. Equipment upkeep and maintenance also form part of the day-to-day duties. This position requires individuals who take pride in their work and understand the impact a clean and welcoming environment has on the well-being of the residents. Ideal candidates will bring an upbeat and positive attitude, a passion for superior customer service, and strong communication skills to the team. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age at time of start
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- May be required to complete other pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desired
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude
- Passion for customer service and providing the best experience for our residents
- CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines
Job Duties
- Ensure we provide fantastic customer service and care for our resident accommodations and shared spaces
- Assist with laundry services occasionally as needed
- Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and filled
- Keep equipment maintained and up to standard
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents
- Perform other duties as assigned
