The Housekeeper role at Eastmont is a rewarding full-time position that starts at $15.00 per hour, with the actual pay depending on experience. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age at time of start
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • May be required to complete other pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines
  • CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines
  • An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desired
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude
  • Passion for customer service and providing the best experience for residents
  • CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines

Job Duties

  • Ensure we provide fantastic customer service and care for our resident accommodations and shared spaces
  • Assist with laundry services occasionally as needed
  • Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and filled
  • Keep equipment maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
