We are currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join Eastmont’s culinary team full time. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation our kitchen operations require. The Dishwasher will be responsible for monitoring water temperature and sanitizer levels, ensuring all kitchenware and surfaces are impeccably cleaned and sanitized, and helping uphold sanitation standards that guarantee a safe food preparation environment. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness, making it a vital function in supporting our kitchen staff and enhancing the quality of service we deliver to our residents. The starting wage for this position begins at $15 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and recognition of the important role this job fulfills within our operations. Our ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old, possess basic communication skills in English, and show the ability to assist with other kitchen duties as needed. Prior experience with kitchen organization is preferred but not required, as training and support will be provided.
