The hotel emphasizes a culture of excellence among its staff, encouraging attentive, courteous, and friendly interactions with guests at all times.
The role available is for a Breakfast Attendant, a crucial position focused on enhancing the morning experience for guests. This role demands a high level of responsibility as it involves preparing and presenting breakfast offerings according to established brand standards to ensure quality and satisfaction. Breakfast Attendants are expected to perform a variety of tasks, including preparing hot and cold breakfast items, setting up the breakfast service area, maintaining cleanliness, and replenishing food and beverages throughout the service period. This position requires the individual to be highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of multitasking to manage the dynamic environment of a busy breakfast service.
Beyond food preparation and service, the Breakfast Attendant serves as a key representative of the hotel's hospitality, interacting directly with guests in a friendly and professional manner. The role embodies a service-oriented mindset, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage guests and respond to their needs. The Breakfast Attendant works early morning shifts to ensure that the breakfast area is ready to welcome guests promptly, typically by 6 AM, which demands reliability and punctuality.
In addition, this position involves responsibility for maintaining safety and sanitation standards, including routine checks of food temperatures, adherence to health protocols, and proper handling of kitchen equipment. Candidates with ServSafe Certification may find this role aligns well with their credentials, though it is a preferred, not mandatory, qualification. The role also demands physical stamina since employees are required to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service, looking to contribute to a reputable hotel known for its dedication to excellence. It provides a chance to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, gain valuable experience in food service operations, and be part of a team committed to upholding the highest standards.
