Currently, Fred Meyer is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join their e-Commerce team, specifically as Order Selectors for online grocery orders. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers who choose to shop online and pick up their orders in-store or curbside. Order Selectors play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive their products efficiently with the utmost attention to detail regarding freshness, quality, and accuracy. Candidates will be responsible for selecting, assembling, and processing orders while adhering to company policies and best practices around food safety and customer service. In this dynamic role, employees will interact directly with customers during order pick-up, thereby fostering customer loyalty and promoting a welcoming shopping environment.

Job Duties
- Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
- assemble customers' online orders accurately
- process coupons and payments through the point of sale system
- deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival
- provide a positive customer service experience
- adhere to local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures
- communicate professionally with customers and team members
- maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- assist in training new e-Commerce team members
- follow policies for substitutions and handle exceptions as needed
