This Senior Software Engineer role focuses on Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 development, targeting experts with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. The position requires active involvement in supporting and enhancing the MPP application, contributing to the organization's technological capabilities and client solutions. Candidates in this role will be expected to engage with senior leadership, public groups, and boards of directors, necessitating excellent presentation and communication skills alongside technical proficiency. The role involves hybrid work arrangements and requires U.S. citizenship due to contractual obligations.

The engineer will work extensively with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules and other related technologies such as Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and .NET. Full life-cycle implementation experience and knowledge of ERP principles are crucial. The candidate will also handle batch job monitoring, integration problem-solving, and deploy business applications tailored for Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Microsoft BI stack tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) is essential. Job Qualifications

  • hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience, Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, Power Automate
  • experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments
  • expertise in one or more D365 modules such as Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, Sales, or Marketing
  • proficiency in C#, SQL, .Net, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power BI
  • intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
  • experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365
  • knowledge of ERP implementation principles
  • experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
  • experience with Microsoft Portals
  • familiarity with Agile methodology

Job Duties
