Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2-3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in ground operations
  • leadership experience required
  • fluency in English required
  • knowledge of LHG operator specifics, other airlines, and airport procedures
  • training in passenger service, leadership, and safety management
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts
  • psychological assessment may apply
  • willingness to travel and work shifts/overtime
  • exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and high-stress environments
  • legal work permit in the U.S. required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Build relationships with premium customers and ensure personalized service
  • act as a customer care ambassador if assigned
  • ensure staff embodies product philosophy and service standards
  • conduct daily flight briefings and oversee supplier performance
  • monitor and optimize station processes, including flight operations and special services
  • support the Station Manager in handling conflicts and alternate airport operations
  • foster quality awareness and intervene in service shortcomings
  • oversee administrative tasks, audits, and cost control measures
  • ensure safety, security, and emergency response compliance
  • supervise staff, duty rosters, and training logistics
  • maintain communication with authorities, passengers, and internal teams
  • perform other tasks and/or projects as assigned
