With over 1000 employees, Dan's Management Co. is among the top 100 largest employers in Rhode Island and champions a culture of People First, Personnel Development, and Guest Satisfaction. Known for its dedicated approach to operational excellence and fostering a inclusive work environment, the company is continuously seeking talented individuals to join its team and grow within the organization.

The role of the P.M. Supervisor at Dan's Management Co. within Dunkin' stores is designed for individuals eager to take on leadership responsibilities in fast-paced food service environments. These supervisors play a critical role in coaching and guiding restaurant team members during their shifts to maintain brand standards, ensure excellent guest experiences, and oversee end-of-day store operations. This position is ideal for those who thrive on motivating teams, managing daily operational goals, and delivering high-quality customer service. Supervisors in this role are tasked with assigning work, setting objectives for team members, providing timely feedback, and nurturing an environment that supports operational success and career growth.

As a P.M. Supervisor, you will be expected to demonstrate strong guest service skills by welcoming and serving customers with a smile, anticipating their needs, and resolving any concerns professionally and swiftly. The position also involves managing product quality and quantity throughout shifts, assisting with onboarding and training new employees, and upholding the cleanliness and functionality of workstations and guest areas. Supervisors will handle transactions accurately, operate equipment safely, and adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. This role offers potential earning of up to $18 per hour, complemented by generous tips, reflecting the value placed on delivering exceptional service.

Employees benefit from a market-competitive wage alongside perks such as free coffee and donuts during shifts, an employee meal, opportunities for supplemental income, management training programs for those interested, and paid time off. The company supports both part-time and full-time employment options, offering flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. Full-time employees may also access medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, 401(k) matching, discounted tuition, college savings plans, and more, demonstrating the company's commitment to employee well-being and professional development.

Dan's Management Co.'s mission is "To Get Everyone Up and Running With A Smile," which remains evident in their dedication to providing quality guest experiences and cultivating a supportive workplace.
