Job Duties

Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
operates coffee, sandwich, and other restaurant equipment
completes POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
maintains clean workstations and guest areas
follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
complies with all restaurant, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
resolves guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
follows safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
complies with all applicable laws
