Job Duties

  • Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
  • anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
  • operates coffee, sandwich, and other restaurant equipment
  • completes POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
  • maintains clean workstations and guest areas
  • follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
  • complies with all restaurant, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
  • resolves guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
  • follows safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • complies with all applicable laws
