- Prepare and bake baked goods for the day's shift
- consistently bake and finish products according to specifications
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
- adhere to product, service, and food safety standards
- display bakery products and merchandise attractively to boost sales
- ensure 100 percent food safety by following personal hygiene guidelines
- communicate respectfully and fairly with team members
- take responsibility for duties during shift
- stick to schedule and arrive on time, ready to work
- follow all procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security
- adhere to all franchisee policies
