Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store with a friendly smile
- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders
- Prepare food for guests following food handling standards
- Operate a cash register efficiently including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Assist customers with store navigation and answer questions about the menu
- Maintain knowledge of surrounding businesses and airport areas
- Report pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues to management
- Stock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
- Maintain a neat and clean cafe/store including sweeping, dusting, and taking out trash
- Perform additional assigned tasks
