Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English and have basic food and beverage knowledge
  • One year experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Support bartenders by assisting in preparing drink orders and restocking glassware and garnishes
  • Maintain cleanliness by wiping down surfaces, removing trash, and ensuring equipment functionality
  • Restock supplies regularly including liquor, mixers, ice, and bar essentials
  • Assist with deliveries by receiving and storing bar stock with accuracy and proper rotation
  • Provide attentive customer service by assisting guests with their requests
  • Collaborate effectively with bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures
