Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous sales or hospitality experience preferred
excellent communication skills
strong organizational abilities
willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

previous Hilton and/or Marriott experience preferred but willing to train a well-qualified applicant

Job Duties

assist the Director of Sales with day-to-day sales activities for both hotels
support group booking processes, contracts, and event coordination
provide outstanding service to potential and existing clients
help ensure brand standards are upheld for Hilton and Marriott properties
perform administrative tasks, reporting, and general office support
