Job Description
CMC Hotels is a reputable hospitality company known for managing exceptional hotel properties that prioritize guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Among its portfolio are the Hyatt House Brier Creek and Fairfield Inn & Suites Brier Creek, two well-established properties located in the vibrant Brier Creek area. These hotels cater to a diverse clientele, including business travelers, vacationers, and event planners, offering modern accommodations paired with quality service. CMC Hotels prides itself on fostering a work environment where employees are valued and empowered to contribute to the company’s ongoing success and customer satisfaction. The company provides competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits, emphasizing professional growth and team collaboration.
The role of Dual Property Sales Manager at CMC Hotels is a dynamic and critical position designed for a motivated, service-oriented professional to spearhead the group and corporate sales efforts for both Hyatt House Brier Creek and Fairfield Inn & Suites Brier Creek. This full-time, exempt position demands a skilled sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can juggle multiple priorities seamlessly across two distinct hotel properties. The Sales Manager will take ownership of the entire sales and meeting lifecycle, from early prospecting and proposal creation to on-site event execution and after-event follow-up, ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism and builds lasting relationships.
As a Dual Property Sales Manager, the individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by securing group room blocks, organizing group meetings, and maintaining communication with planners and clients. This role requires a strategic approach to sales that balances the unique needs of two hotels while coordinating closely with internal departments, including operations and food & beverage teams, to deliver flawless events and a memorable guest experience. A key component of this position involves generating new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and managing leads effectively. The ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling them to manage all logistical aspects such as contract preparation, group resumes, banquet event orders, and billing efficiently.
In addition to sales proficiency, the Dual Property Sales Manager will be the go-to resource for clients, offering comprehensive knowledge about hotel amenities, services, rates, and the local area, enhancing the attractiveness of the properties as event destinations. The position demands excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain clarity and professionalism in all client engagements. Furthermore, flexibility in scheduling is necessary due to the nature of event planning and coordination across multiple properties. CMC Hotels supports its team by providing paid training and professional development opportunities, ensuring the Sales Manager stays ahead in a competitive market. Overall, this role offers a rewarding career path for sales professionals eager to make a significant impact on the business and develop their skills further within a supportive and growth-oriented company.
