The role of Dual Property Sales Manager at CMC Hotels is a unique and exciting opportunity based in Brier Creek, overseeing both the Hyatt House Brier Creek and Fairfield Inn & Suites Brier Creek. This full-time, exempt position plays a critical role in driving group and corporate sales efforts across the two properties, managing the complete sales and meeting lifecycle. The Dual Property Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business, and coordinating all aspects of event and group sales to ensure exceptional service delivery that results in repeat and referral business.
In this capacity, the sales manager acts as the primary point of contact for event planners and corporate clients, ensuring that communication is timely, professional, and effective. The role requires managing all phases of event planning including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, guaranteeing seamless execution and client satisfaction. Coordination with operations, food and beverage, and other internal teams is essential to meet the specific needs of each event. Sales documentation such as proposals, contracts, rooming lists, group resumes, and Banquet Event Orders must be meticulously prepared and managed.
This position demands a proactive and organized individual who can successfully juggle multiple priorities across both properties while maintaining a customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor. The sales manager will also be expected to conduct hotel site tours, generate new leads through networking and prospecting, and ensure all sales reporting and documentation are accurate and up to date. Job Duties
- Drive group and corporate sales for two Brier Creek properties including guest room blocks and group meetings
- Serve as the primary contact for planners and clients ensuring prompt professional communication
- Manage pre-event on-site and post-event planning and execution
- Prepare and manage proposals contracts rooming lists group resumes and banquet event orders
- Coordinate closely with operations food and beverage and sales teams to ensure seamless events
- Track all group details including concessions cut-off dates billing and special requests
- Conduct hotel site tours and client appointments
- Generate new business through prospecting networking and lead management
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and documentation
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services rates amenities and local area offerings
