Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, drag, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Assist and support management and leadership team with handling and resolving human resources issues
- Assist employees with requests and procedures for internal and external transfers
- Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues
- Coordinate and conduct drug screenings, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle department verifications, and social security number validations
- Maintain applicant flow records, drug test results, orientation, and transfer applications
- Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and input data into human resources information systems
- Assist with new employee orientation
- Ensure hiring processes comply with local, state, and federal laws as well as company policies and standards
