Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEOC)
proficiency in MS Office
organizational skills, flexibility, confidentiality, and initiative
ability to lift up to 10 lbs and adhere to workplace policies
