The role of Dual Hotel Sales Manager - OEM at Charlotte Uptown Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn by Hilton is a critical leadership position within the hotel's sales and revenue generation team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Dual Sales Manager carries significant responsibility for driving sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded for both properties. This overtime-eligible management role focuses on maintaining compliance with brand standards and company policies while actively engaging in local community events and initiatives as a representative of the hotels. The Sales Manager will leverage an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor actions to implement proactive sales campaigns and maintain positive relations with owners, clients, and the management company. Essential to the position is the ability to manage multiple sales segments tailored to the specific requirements of each hotel and their sales teams, offering a versatile and dynamic approach to the role.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Responsible for sales and revenue generation for assigned properties
  • Maintain compliance and stay updated on new sales initiatives for the brands and company
  • Participate in STAR report critique and enter results in the month-end report
  • Implement and train on all McKibbon sales procedures including systems and processes
  • Maintain positive relationships with the management company, property owners, and clients
  • Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations
  • Act as the face of the properties by being involved in the local community
